What is a valuation?
The word says it all, during an appraisal one of our real estate agents will give an indication of the value of your home. Good to know if you are planning to sell your home! In that case, we are also happy to advise on an asking price and sales strategy to be used, free of charge and without obligation, of course .
How does a valuation work?
After you submit the form, one of our staff will contact you within two days to schedule an appointment. During this appointment, which lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, the real estate agent will come by for a tour of your home. This will give the real estate agent a good idea of the property and any special features.
If there are sales plans, the real estate agent will also be happy to advise you about the asking price, the sales strategy and the possibilities that IJisberg Real Estate offers to put your home on the market in the best possible way in order to achieve the highest proceeds.
Within a few days after the interview, you will receive a message from the broker with feedback on the interview and of course: the estimated value of your home!
